“Twice in one week, Petri staff came to my house to evaluate potential problems. In both cases the professionals involved performed an inspection — and quickly gave me information about my status. But in both cases, I did NOT need their services, and there was No charge. I am enrolled in a quarterly treatment plan (standard in FL) but I was pleasantly surprised that their staff was straight up about where they could and couldn’t help. I really trust this company.
