“Please read your contract carefully. I have a few Airbnb properties Petri is servicing. I had to sell one property in the same year. They serviced it ONE time and charged me $195 to cancel. Mind you I still have another property with them. Apparently the $195 is the "courtesy" charge. People don't know how to do business anymore. Look elsewhere. Sadly customer service is a thing of the past with this company.”
