“I had a positive experience with Pickett Pest Control until the time came that I cancelled the service. Before cancelling, I had paid for 3 months of the service plan, meaning I would have been getting the quarterly service in the next few weeks. When I cancelled, I requested a refund for those three months since I didn’t need another service. The attitude quickly changed and they were very reluctant to give me a refund. All I wanted was my money back for services that were not going to be performed. Eventually they agreed to give me a refund as a “one time exception”. Shortly after I received a refund for two months but didn’t get the third month refunded. I reached back out to ask about the third month and I was met with a very rude attitude, and was told it was out of their hands. Very frustrating. My last exchange with them was a message asking for an update on the 3rd month’s refund and it was not responded to. Will be looking for a different company for my pest control needs.”
