“As a pest control- great company. In customer service- the worst. They continue and continue to charge my credit card after account being closed. They did work on a property of mine in San Antonio, Texas. I have spoken to their highly incompetent customer service. They have repeatedly assured me that my account had been closed, and I still continue getting charged. Very disappointed here. BE AWARE if you cancel your contract. You will remain being charged. And to boot, a service agent went into my home and did a pest service without my consent. Back in the day , that was called TRASPASSING.”
