“Scam company. Do not use this company unless you want them to send you to collections while stealing your money. They auto renew your contract each year without asking you.They said its in the contract I signed? I never signed a contract. They Send out a service tech to perform the service that you didnt ask for. After about 3 months, they send you a past due notice with threats of sending your past due account to collections. Well, I never received a bill for the service they said they completed until 4 months posts inspection date. Now its over due, how so??? Do not use this company!!!!!”

“I’ve been with plantation for a couple of years, but this will be my last. They treated my house for inside pests less than two weeks ago and I called them today (May 8th, 2025) and told them I was not happy because I got ants less than two weeks ago and the technician came and said they charge for coming after hours and I told him I’m not happy at all and this would be my last. I mentioned that if it was done right in the first place we wouldn’t be having this discussion and he became upset. I would not recommend them”
