“Hello to Danielle plus all the other Employee's at Platinum . I've been with Platinum Pest & Lawn since i bought my home in Feb.2019. I started with the Lawn service in March 2019. I met the Tech back then & stated that the house had been empty for 6 months just to give an update. Since then over the years I've had one Issue with Mold a few years back & let Danielle know plus sent photos & she inturn showed the Owner. As it turned out I wrote to OSU Extension in Pawhuska plus sent photo's of the mold as well. The response was that the mold is Naturally occuring. I relayed the info to Danielle so it could be in my account. I did have Adrain as the Tech consistenly of almost 2 years, He was a great young man plus very easy to talk with. Forward to this morning, I got a text from Joseph that he was on his way. After he got here, introductions were made & I clued him in on my yard, since there are quite a few weeds already up he sprayed very well. The backyard has always has Soft areas, plus a few mounds of dirt every so often. Joseph stated that it could be Moles, so I"ll keep eye out. I have recommended Platinum Pest & Lawn to my neighbors but hey have gone with another company. Thank you once again to Everyone at Platinum for having Wonderful, Honest Employee's.”
