“I had a very disappointing experience with Pointe Pest Control. They charged me for services but only came out once. Additionally, I discovered that there was a 12-month agreement in place, which I never agreed to; I had only agreed to a 3-month agreement. To make matters worse, they scheduled an appointment without my consent or confirming my availability, expecting me to be free. When I tried to cancel, Steven Tobin was extremely rude and passive-aggressive. He suggested that my budget was probably the issue and remarked that he didn’t understand why he gave me the pricing he did, implying that he usually charges more and that competitors charge more as well. This unprofessional behavior, combined with the lack of effective service, made the entire experience frustrating and unsatisfactory.”
