“The woman I spoke with between 807 and 815 am was extremely rude and unprofessional. Please teach her some respect for your customers. I give what I receive. And she started with an attitude because I had questions regarding the traps in home. I said ok thank you and ended the call because I assumed we agreed a service tech would call me. She called me back to say you hung up on me. No I did not. And she should have never called a customer to that accusing me of that. I’m dealing with a death in the family I don’t need your rude employee calling me saying this to me and causing me more stress over servicing my second house that I have with your company.”
