“I had a very disappointing experience with Pointe Pest Control. The price they quoted over the phone was almost half of what they actually charged when they arrived. They also promised a full service that included vacuuming and thorough treatment, but they skipped the vacuuming entirely and were finished in about 35 minutes however they told me during inspection that it takes a couple of hours. Unfortunately, the problem is still not resolved, and now I’m stuck in an unfair contract. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.”
