He found the area where all the different types of ants were coming in - 3 different types, and treated the whole perimeter inside and out, including other outdoor areas and indoor countertop perimeters. “I am not sure what's going on, but Powerful Pest Management has become unresponsive. My family has tried reaching them via multiple phone numbers which are never answered. Emails are also never answered. We continued to be billed while no services were rendered. This is an unacceptable way to treat paying customers or to run a company. Update: The owner did try to reach out to us after a LOT of attempts to connect, but we let them know that it was just too late. Whatever is going on, I do wish them the best. It just should not be that hard to get a routine service done.”
