“We had such a great experience with this company! Of course, as soon as we realized we had rats, we scrambled to get on top of it. After calling around, we found Premium Termite and Pest Control! It was literally a Godsend! From the first call, the office staff was super friendly and got us scheduled right away. Tony came out and did the initial inspection. Super helpful, and was upfront about expectations, cost, and the process. Feeling assured by the initial consultation, we scheduled the rest of the service. Then Omar came out and spent a ton of time checking all around the house, sealing access points, setting traps up, and just making sure everything was taken care of. He was really thorough, so very patient, very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions and gave us helpful tips about what to expect moving forward, and other helpful tips about what we could do. The price was also super fair! Actually, it is cheaper than other quotes we got in the area. We had our second trap service check this month. Omar was super helpful in checking traps etc and answering more questions, again, lol. So I'm so glad to have found this company and can’t recommend Omar and them enough!”
