“Had Paul come over with a worker yesterday We had been hearing flapping wings in our boiler flue pipe that connected to a shared chimney with my water heater. They wound up finding 2 woodpeckers in the boiler flue. While one of Paul's workers removed the birds I asked if everything would be operable after he left and if I would have heat. The response was " sure no problem". They what I thought was completed work and left. It was a bit chilly last night and I wanted to take the chill out of my home, I went into my basement only to find the flue pipe barely hanging in the wall. Also to find someone stepped on the water outlet to my water heater so that is now bent and had a small puddle under it. Needless to say I wasn't thrilled and reached out the Paul's company first thing this morning. Due to lack of response I am now out $850 and need an hvac or plumbing technician to make my family safe and repair what was left unfinished. Damn shame. Go elsewhere for your needs”

“Paul showed up with his workers and told me I had pigeons nesting on my roof. He entered my home and showed me pictures of pigeons on the roof, and said it would cost me $850 to apply something sticky to my roof. He said I shouldn’t see pigeons after two days. Six weeks later, I still have pigeons. After my experience of Paul, I’m not even sure the pictures he showed me were of my rooftop! I have tried to contact Paul three times. He refuses to respond! Paul is nasty! He refuses to take accountable! Paul is condescending! He is incredibly overpriced! He should be ashamed of himself! There are some kind, honest, communicative exterminators out there, who charge less than half for the same service. do your homework!”

“My mother, a senior citizen, contacted your company for an estimate and scheduled an inspection of our home. Because of a language barrier, communication with the technicians was somewhat difficult, so she called the office for assistance. Instead of providing support, Paul responded in an unnecessarily abrupt and dismissive manner. His lack of professionalism directly caused my mother to cancel the appointment. What happened next was completely unacceptable. Paul chose to follow up with text messages that were hostile, unprofessional, and entirely inappropriate for any business setting. No customer—let alone a senior citizen—should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment. This behavior is inexcusable. If Paul, a grown man, cannot handle something as routine as a cancellation without resorting to disrespect and hostility, he has no business interacting with customers. His actions reflect poorly not only on himself, but on the company as a whole. I strongly urge management to reconsider whether Paul should be in a customer-facing role, because no professional organization should tolerate this type of conduct.”
