“We had the following technicians -Gau Pena, Leo Barreras, Marcelino E come to our home to do the work needed as scheduled. They were promoted showing on time , very professional upon arriving - giving us a run down of how things will conducted , expect , etc. They were very accommodating w my kids as they were home and didn’t let that hinder their work or Attitude. They as well provided assurance the product used for the work wouldn’t cause harm to them . They completed thoroughly the job as required and even went above And beyond to explain what to look out for , keep in mind and expect at follow up annual review . They brought so much ease as they worked and completed The job - I was very pleased with their work and services. They also worked on the side of my home as issues were detected and needed to be fixed - they fixed the product and even made sure the work was completed well thoroughly and took initiative to make sure it wasn’t noticeable - spraying the wood repaired to make sure it blended w the home. “There services are good there pest control tech were great I have issues with their sales tactics and policies. I told them I couldn't go under contract because i would be moving to another state later this year. They assured me that they had contracts that they were affiliated with and I would be able to continue my services. They lied and now are charging me a termination fee because they in fact don't contract with anyone in New Mexico. Good company work ethic but don't trust their sales pitch. UPDATE: After speaking with management and explaining the situation they agreed there was a missunderstanding and have there for refunded the cancelation fee. I really like that they contacted me to see what was wrong. Not only did they call me but they were responvie and understanding. I have upgraded their review because of this. Thank you Pro Pacific Pest Control!”
