“UPDATE 12/18 to owner response: That is not a truthful response. Since the calls are recorded (mine are as well), you would’ve heard that she immediately cut me off while explaining the problem and asked for my address not once but twice, where I replied: “I heard you- I’m giving you the address.” After I went over what had been relayed to me from our third party- she then cut me off again saying “There were no notes saying there would be holes cut into your walls” so when I asked what was written down from the past inspection and what they were wanting to do on the upcoming date, she replied “that is for the rental company and I’m not able to give you any information”, which she was very rude when doing so. I told her to not raise her voice at me and to calm down when she then said “you are the one raising your voice with me ma’am, GOODBYE” and then hung up on me. I tried calling back but was then sent to a voicemail. I’m all for a company sticking up for their employees but please be truthful when it comes to information; because your response was not what happened. -On a positive note- We currently have one of your workers in our house right now who was the best one we’ve had so far as he has been able to locate the dead animal after two different people were unable to. I will change my review in light of Kyle being able to find it but my hesitance with your customer service lady is still at a one star. —————— Extremely rude Customer Service by some lady whose name started with a T if I’m not mistaken. Called to get an update as to what damage was going to be done at our home around the Holidays when the female worker started getting verbal and yelling at me over asking basic questions. The original inspection we had yesterday was fine and we were told there was nothing they could do besides poke a bunch of holes into our walls which we would then have to hire another Third party contractor to patch the holes due to the inspector not being able to reach the dead rodent in our attic. From someone who works in the customer service industry she was extremely rude and unprofessional, even could go as far as saying hostile. They do good work but BEWARE of the interactions when scheduling or trying to figure out basic knowledge.”
