“HOPEFULLY, this helps someone! I was treated as though I was not in compliance. I was made to feel as though I was not going to honor my obligations. Examples : My final appointment was set for 11a.m. an appointment set a week in advance… WITHOUT notice I was scheduled for 1 or 1:30 p.m. after I called to see if anyone was set to show. Being that I work away from my hometown over the road on a rotating schedule five days a week, I explained THIS to a representative/staff member that I would have to reschedule for a M-F week once my schedule allowed. In the meantime, these people took it upon themselves to draft my final payment without completing the job/ contract. The payment was due upon completion of the job! The nerve of these people! This representation of the matter has been nothing but disrespectful and this behavior is unacceptable from any form of professional organization. For the job they did, go buy your own bait stations and peanut butter to place on mouse traps? Nothing was caught or trapped!”
