“My husband and I scheduled a time for this guy to come out and help us with our wasp problem, we had spiders too that we wanted to get rid of, but our main reason of calling were for the wasps that kept coming into our house. He told me he could get it taken care of, but when he got to our house he didn’t even locate where the wasps were coming from. He just told my husband he assumed they were coming from our chimney and to light a fire to get rid of them. Didn’t even look into the chimney to check. He just sprayed for spiders and laid traps and that was it, we’ve lit several fires since then and wasps are STILL coming in from somewhere. Very frustrating, won’t do business again.”
