James called to let us know he was on his way. He was on time, double checked with us on what we wanted to have sprayed. James was professional and thorough.Now to be completely up front and honest, we have a lot of bugs! A month later I called and asked Kim if they had something stronger as we still had quite a few wolf spiders around outside of the house and trying to get in. Kim said that they would come out and respray and even put down granules at no charge. I fully expected to pay and just wanted the spiders gone.
