After nearly a year of service: They failed to catch a single rat Their solution was to install unsightly yellow wiring that proved completely ineffective They repeatedly failed to follow up on scheduled appointments despite promising to do so They never performed a thorough roof inspection to find all entry points When I finally hired a different company, they immediately identified multiple large holes in the roof that the first company had missed entirely The new company removed the ineffective wiring and properly addressed the entry points that had been allowing rats continued access throughout the year. My money was completely wasted with Rat Pact, as the problem remained unsolved despite their supposed 'treatment.' The company's poor communication, ineffective solutions, and incomplete inspection process made this entire experience frustrating and costly. I had to hire another company to properly resolve the issue. Save yourself time and money - work with a different pest control service.”

“This company did absolutely nothing to get rid of the rats! They were so lazy and seemed bothered! They were supposed to seal the two sides of my house where rats come from and the did a poor job! They still left space for rats to come in. Do not call these guys!”
