“I was enjoying a peaceful drive during my lunch today (11.20.24 at noon) when I ran across a Rathjen Pest Control Inc. driver. Near the intersection of Fairmont Pkwy. and Bay Area Blvd., in La Porte, I slowed down to cross a railroad track because I have low-profile tires on my car and did not want to damage it. A Rathjen Pest Control driver pulled right on my bumper in a greenish/greyish tundra with a camper shell (LP NO. LFX8878) and blew his horn violently at me. I looked in my rearview mirror and saw the gentleman throwing the finger sign at me. He then flew past me just slow enough for me to get the information from his truck. How an employee/company treats a stranger gives insight into how they may treat a customer. The employee has no personal values, character or professional training. In a company vehicle/vehicle with a company logo on it...no respect for the company! I would never do business there and I will tell everyone that I know... that's just what customers do!”
