“They were amazing until 1st my normal tech left the company and the next person didnt do what was asked and expected. It was straightened out but with some pushback from the tech which didnt sit well with me. Then they called me to collect payment after i had cancelled services with them. They claim the call was to see how i liked my services. Which i told her the service was ok then the lady wanted to try and argue with me. I was going to continue my services at a later date but this phone call changed all of that.”
