“They were great for the first 2 visits which were last year. This year they have not been effective. I still had a ton of bugs after they came. I called and ask that they come back in my house and spray again. My mom was here when they came and they stayed about 2 minutes. She said they didn't come in the living room at all where she was. I feel like I had MORE bugs after they came which had not been my experience when we first started the service. I waited a week or so then sprayed myself. I woke up to a ton of dead bugs in my kitchen and living room. I'm not sure what they were doing (or not doing) or maybe they're using cheaper products because of inflation. It's not working anymore. Cancelled service and they seemed unconcerned. Didn't even try to resolve issues and took my full payment. Don't recommend at all. Find someone else or use Demon killer from amazon yourself.”
