“DO NOT RECOMMEND! My father in law called because we were having a flea problem and we could not afford to treat it. We just moved to Louisiana so I’ve never had to deal with such a pest problem. My father in law was supposed to meet the guy at my house around 12 so he could watch and make sure everything is done properly. The guy showed up at 10, (we did not confirm that time) and he was here for 5 minutes, (I watched him spray the whole time). Over a month goes by and we have not seen a difference in the fleas. I gave him a call to let him know that, and he said because it’s been over 30 days we can’t get him to come back and correct the service for free. The flea spraying is supposed to work after 21 days and he said I had to call by 30 days (which he never told me)! He also began to lie and say he did the whole yard. Since I watched him the whole time, and our yard is huge, I told him he did not do the back yard, side yard, or along the fence. I saw him do a little of our front yard and around the perimeters of the house. He then began to tell me because we never paid for the inside to be sprayed and that the fleas are back outside. That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard, this guy is a crook. The spray was supposed to continue to kill the fleas for 8 months or more after and we already fixed our inside problem at the time. SAVE YOUR MONEY! HE’S A LIAR AND WILL NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEMS. If you do pick this place I recommend that you record him. I still cannot believe he will not make it right. I would give him 0 stars if I could.”

“Stay away!!!. Had service done on a rent house a few months back. Once it was done I tried to make payment on the spot but the worker said I couldn't and it had to be billed to me. Afterwards he changed it and took the cash payment and said he would email receipt. A few weeks go by with no issue until I start getting harassing phone calls from the office saying they didn't get payment. After I disputed the none payment claim they sent out a bill saying that I owed, this was senr AFTER i told them i already paid and didnt have any notice from them saying i still owed. After weeks of more harassment and dealing with the rude, unprofessional, condescending worker in the office they threatened to sue me for the $100 bill. A few weeks later i get a letter in the mail with a bill of $160, for "collection and attorney fees" needless to say, the worker pocketed my payment, the office didn't follow through with their payment books and they can't even keep the allegations straight on the whole deal. NEVER use them. The worker no longer works there, from what i hear they had issue with him in areas of homes the owners didn't want him to be in. The whole company is shaddy and take advantage of commercial properties.”
