“Purchased a 1 year old home with no evidence of past infestation. Bait stations installed by previous homeowner. I Was provided a termite bond that was assumable. The bond offered no coverage for wood repair or damage. IMO termite bonds are worthless and they are just a way to lock you in to a company that if termites ever are discovered has the right to do as little treatment as they want and in this case does not cover damage or other pest. If this were a real bond the company would obtain a surety bond for your home to an agreed amount that would cover home damage. Just a waste of money that is better spent getting a soil treatment periodically. I would advise everyone who is thinking of buying into the bait station game to read your contract very carefully. It includes so much language that strips your rights and protects the company from potential litigation. The agreement is not there to protect you it’s there to protect the company from you in case you ever have a problem.”

“Michael not only called us before 8am but also kept up with us all morning until he was able to meet at our house for termite inspection. As horrifying it is to be infested with these bugs we were met worth great relief and peace of mind. This was not our first inspection, another company came before Michael with Redd Pest and the prior inspector filled us with grief and dismay followed by words of terror of our home being infested. I will leave this company's name out but I have left a detailed review with them of the fright their inspector tried to cause.
