“Paid them last year to setup stations with bait around the home due to some rodent issues. They eventually were not able to help me because they put out traps for mice and instead we had a rat going between the floor joists. Had to call another pest control company to try and find the problems. More traps were added and more poison baits placed in the areas where the rat was. Eventually rat was found dead. Was trying to be proactive this year and add new bait to traps that were placed by the company. They told me to search google. To respond to owner: I 100% didn't catch any mouse. We had a baseboard heater line start leaking into my basement wall. When the plumber fixed it, we discovered it had been knawed by a rodent. And you were the first company I called because you were local in Thornwood, so I figured support my local business. You sent some spanish guy that insisted it was NOT mice and instead had to be something like a squirrel and that we needed to get a wildlife specialist out to my home then prompting me to spend another $350 to another company. Hopefully you get your story straight, because what you talked about was not even accurate. I highly recommend anyone looking for Pest Control to look elsewhere.”
