He was very pleasant and professional to work with, plus his pricing seemed fair. We decided to use him and I am so thankful we did. He told us we could call him again if we saw issues. Things improved but we would still see bugs from time to time. I called him again, and he came out and retreated without any hesitation. Since then, we have not had any issues.
