“I wasn’t impressed with the Customer Service. I called this morning to inquire about a services and the lady that answered the phone was really unwilling to assist as she was coming up with reasons I should probably do it myself because it was gonna be so expensive and she hadn’t even told me the price. I asked her how much was it gonna be she just pulled a price of $40-$800 out of the air and I just hung up. It seemed like she just didn’t wanna do the work and I’m sure she’s not even the person doing it but if she’s the person in the front, she’s scaring customers away.”

“Not consistent. The people who come out say one thing then backtrack on it whenever you do what they say. The woman who works the office is extremely rude and inconsiderate. The guys who come out to spray are all very nice and seem to be willing to help but seems like whoever runs the office isn’t on the same page as them.”
