“New GoPro stolen! I called the owner (Carlos) to ask if he would kindly ask his employee about it to prevent me from having to make a police report and to help. Carlos the owner could care less, he actually tried to turn it around on me. Unbelievable. I was just asking for a little help. I will also mention the poor quality of their work, when I am not home I watch them on the cameras, and they will do bare minimum just to get in and out as fast as possible. A lot of times they will only spray around the front door, kitchen and bathroom...in and out in 1min, that's why I like to try to be home to MAKE them do the job correctly. You can tell Carlos and Roadrunner Pest Management are here to do one thing...make money, they do not care obviously about quality work or helping clients with theft issues.”
