“Robbins pest management was supposed to come out and treat my home today. I was told they were professional and would arrive between 10am and 12pm. I called around 11am and asked for an eta. They couldn't give me one and said the technician would be on time. I didn't receive a call until 315pm from the guy asking me where I lived, because he couldn't find my house. If they just input my address into Google maps it would come right up. I had the appointment cancelled and just sprayed myself. I used to work in pest control, and i ALWAYS CALLED the client with an ETA and or if i was going to be late. Don't waste your time with this company, they obviously don't value the time of their customers.”

“I do not recommend this pest control company. The first time I used there services was through my home warranty company and they came out after several calls and came 3 times and I still have the rodent problem. Rene called me and said that I mentioned to the technician I needed monthly services so I said yes and I scheduled an appointment no one called or came so I reschedule and again no one called or came so I called them and rescheduled a third time and I waited again and no one called or came, I gave them 3 opportunities to have my business but they did not keep there word and just apologized but did not keep our scheduled appointments. It was frustrating waiting 3 seperate days and not receiving a call. Not recommending this company.”
