“I called to have someone check my attic for bats after a hole appeared leading from the attic into my living room. Instead of offering help, the woman who answered insisted there was “zero percent chance” I had bats—something she clearly couldn’t know without looking. She dismissed my concern. I called someone else and thankfully they took me seriously. I would not recommend this company, at least based on their office staff. Call Rainbolt Wildlife Control if you think you have bats.”
