“I can only give them a 2 out of 5 unfortunately.. service would of been excellent however once the 2 gentlemen who did the job left they left a mess throughout my entire home. Everything they had touched was left sticky, my floors the switches, the door handles, curtains, everything. I understand this is a messy process but to not clean up after a service?? The gentlemen decided the best course of action was to go through my attic entrance which is located in the master bedroom and because of this there were live bees in my home 3 days after they had departed. My husband and I are very allergic so I was not pleased that we were misinformed about them being totally removed. Our bedroom screen was also broken in the process and they had put up duct tape to keep the window from falling instead of offering to replace it. If this service needs to enter through your home to remove I definitely don’t recommend them. :(”

“I was extremely disappointed in my experience with this company. My home had a bee problem with bees dying on my front porch, and inside of my home every day for about a week. So, I saw a good rating and so I gave it them a call. First day the 2 man team went into my attic to see if there was any presence of Honeybees. None, but a definite presence up towards my roof on a 2 story home with an attic, which is where I told them I saw them flying. They needed to come back because my roof was too high for their ladder. They also didn’t tell me they saw a crazy enough amount in which made my situation a 911. Day 2 the same 2 came back hopped on my roof for about 5 min and said “good news we found a hive entrance”, and then showed me a video with the bee handler getting stung for getting to close to the hive entrance. Said they will be back on Monday for the job and estimated $450 for be removal and repair of my roof because they would have to remove the clay tile roof and plywood and I agreed. Day 4 is where it all went wrong. The same 2 showed and prepared for the job, suits, and equipment. I asked while they were suiting up if my family, dogs, and other contractor guest were safe or if any extra precautions needed to be taken. He said we all should be fine and that they do not harm or anger the bees in the removal and relocation. Great. Now fast forward 20 min, my wife screams at me through the house that the bees are now swarming my dogs in the backyard. I yell to the bee guys on my roof through a window screen that the bees are attacking my dogs. My pups were sleeping about 100ft away from the job site under my porch. So I run outside to help them into my garage. Both pups had several bee stings and went to the vet. $300 vet bill. The main gentlemen said that he was sorry and that would work out some compensation with the bill. Not really a worry of mine though. I just want the job done safe and back to normal. When the guys finished they showed me all of the pics of their work and informed me that these bees were in fact “Killer Bees” and that they were intimidated to even do the job to begin with because they were not prepared for the aggressiveness of the 2000+ killer bees located inside a roof 30 ft above ground. The removal was finished and job was complete to there ability, but I was skeptical in there decision making and wanted more affirmation that my roof now was going to be ok. Next I had a professional roofer come and inspect the “roof job”. Come to find out that the roofing paper they used was actually stucco paper which would’ve done major damage to my roof... AND I had to re purchase 15 clay tiles for a 10ft x10ft area to be replaced because of their poor hammer using skills. So now I’m $1200 in on a $450 job and never received any type of discount for my troubles. Kinda bummed out on these facts. Terrible.”
