“I’ve been a customer of Rose Pest Solutions for the past 20:years. I usually have a home inspection for rodent extermination and termite extermination once a year. This year I requested a semiannual inspection because of ongoing renovations to my house and yard. I recently found a dead mouse in the middle of my living room floor, so I called Rose. I was scheduled very promptly. Kevin conducted a very thorough inspection, including the fireplace area where I had found the mouse, the bathroom and laundry room, the attic, basement and yard. He gave me some constructive suggestions about caulking the corners of the fireplace floor. I have ten doves in six large cages in a bedroom turned into an aviary. The birds eat small seeds which scatter quite easily and a small dog who guards the birds and carries the seeds on her feet. Kevin explained how the grain attracts mice. He then examined the yard where I had noticed a lot of small holes in the ground and a flurry of chipmunks. Fortunately, there were no other pest sightings and I have had no indication of any termite activity since I had the termite stations installed in 2011. I have been very happy with the Rose service. The bait stations are extremely effective in eliminating mice. I’ve lived in this hundred year old house for the past 35 years. I could not live here without the help of Rose Pest Solutions. I’m very grateful for their kindness and quality service.”
