“Update: I was extremely disappointed in Rottler's initial response. Ashley, Ed, and Cameron responded with a Five-Star presentation. Cameron inspected my home thoroughly and offered prevention plans. I now understand why people choose Rottler. Summary...this company is TOO busy and really doesn't need additional residential business. Initial response was late, hurried and mostly unintelligible. I turned to Rottler because of the claim of 65+ years in the industry. I called them at 10:50 am expressing my concern of potential no-see-ums and maybe bedbugs because I was experiencing bites. I was told that their representative for my area would be calling me for a consult/inspection. I waited that day for a call back. None came. I called and left a message filled with disappointment that evening. The next morning at 7:30am, I received a text saying "I understand you have a problem with bedbugs.". I thought wow! I am not even sure what the problem might be. Then I received a voicemail message with a lot of road noise in the back ground that was mostly unintelligible saying that he was on the road and couldn't take a phone call but..... I couldn't understand the rest.
