“These guys really had my back and I appreciated them. The first visit I had was very disappointing and I had left a review for the team about the worker that had come over. I was honest and clearly upset (I hate leaving bad reviews) and I honestly was going to give up and cancel my subscription with them. About an hour or so later, I’m assuming the manager (Mark/Matt) called me and was very apologetic about my visit and really wanted to make things right. He said two of his other guys saw my note and immediately called to let him know and offer their services to come back the next day free of charge. I was hesitant but accepted the offer for a return visit in two days as long as it wasn’t the same guy from the first appointment. A BIG Thank you to Zac and Nathan!! I really appreciated them coming over and helping solve our wasp issue. Taking the time to observe, find out where and how they’re getting into our home and providing sound advice on what we can do on our end as well as setting a plan for when our next visit should be was everything I was hoping to get from the initial appointment. It was great getting to meet them both and learn together. I also appreciated the extra time taken to cover the bathrooms that were missed from the first visit and for re-treating the basement. “Very pleased with our assigned Field Technician Randall Jenkins. He seems quite knowledgeable, especially in the two areas we are experiencing problems. First and foremost is our extreme population and activity of Moles. We've been here for over 30 years and have never had this much problems with Moles -- they are on virtually every square inch of our property thus year, whereas in previous years they would confine themselves to one area. Randall also treated the house and perimeter for common pests. We've had alot of Carpenter Ants this year and are hopeful these treatments help wipe out this pest! In summary we're happy with Randall Jenkins and his abilities and skills. He presents himself well, is polite, and thorough. As a former Customer Service Manager for multiple industries, and an Administrative Supintendent in the US Air Force, I would have been happy to have Randall as an employee!”
