“I called on Tuesday Jan 24th and was told they couldn't be out here until Monday the 30th. It was fine, I had read great reviews. He mentioned that it would be later in the afternoon which worked great. 2:30 came around and I had not heard any confirmation of time. I texted and asked when the expected arrival time would be. He told me that he'd have to reschedule for Thursday or Friday. I've been dealing with a mouse infestation and had just moved in, I was already dealing with this problem for nearly a week before the anticipated appointment time and now it was being pushed back with zero communication ahead of time. I emphasized the amount of droppings I've found despite deep cleaning daily, sealing off every single food source, and setting traps. I did not appreciate that. I had mentioned the severity of the issue at hand and was offered a POSSIBLE Wednesday spot. An exterminator should know how stressful an infestation is and how timely treatment is effective. I am a strong supporter of small business but ended up having to call Orkin who came out the very next morning.”

“Andrew was friendly and his quarterly price was good from what he quoted. However, I only used his business for the initial spray , and that cost me $120. I had rodent poison boxes that I had before, and Andrew said he was going to look for a key to open them. However, I never heard back from Andrew until I contacted him. Andrew then told me he couldn't find a key to the boxes , which is understandable, but Andrew did not offer to refund any of my initial cost of $120 which was supposed to include rodent poison. If Andrew couldn't find a key to the boxes, then Andrew should have offered to replace the boxes with the type of box he uses for rodents , or Andrew should have offered part of my initial cost of $120 back as a refund. I was disappointed in the lack of communication , and that he offered no accommodation to make up for not being able to open the rodent poison boxes from before.”
