“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! TOTAL RIPOFF! I contacted them to come look at a pile of dust in a closet of a new home we just bought to tell me if if was from termites. The technician came in my house for 30 seconds, looked at it and said "no, that's from ants. Is that it?" And then he left saying there was nothing he could do and to have a nice day. No talk about servicing the house or billing me for coming out. The next week I get an outrageous bill which I called to discuss what happened and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and refused to be understanding or offer any kind of discount given the circumstances. Terrible business practices, total ripoff. NEVER AGAIN.”
