“I ordered a pest control service in April 2022. In Sept 2022, some insects such as spiders, crickets and ants start to show up. S&M Exterminating Company, Inc told me I have a warranty. However, each time I tried to contact the customer service, they always have a thound of excuses to refuse to do the pest control again valid in the warranty. Excuses like "call me when I'm at office in the morning", "I'm not at office today and call me later", "Please call me after 2 weeks to see if the bugs are still there". Finally, I gave up to call them. I think that's what they want me to do. Choose this service if you want to lose your money and time!”
