“My grandmother paid 1,350 to get a heat treatment done at her home for bed bugs. The morning after the heat treatment live activity was spotted. I called an was told someone would be out to inspect, never happened. At 2 weeks an inspection was supposed to be done since we have a 30 day warrany. 8 called an got told multiple times someone would call me back. That's not happened. Very frustrated!!!”
