“I hired this company because of the ratings on line, well you can't go by that 4 sure. I called told them my issue and hired them. The worst mistake ever. Christian was my technician and he was like a wolf in sheep clothing. My problem started from the rental house next door. I had a pest problem light, but still a problem. I told Christian that they had traveled. I asked if he was going to do the outside of my house and he said no that would be the next treatment? I was confused because that where it began. OK, he's the tech I thought. He told me where the treatment was to placed, but place it everywhere but the correct spots. I didn't find that out until he left. Then he said after his lousy work that he would go ahead and do the outside. He also named a place which he said they might had been, but didn't treat that area. I thought the whole house should of been treated and no one told me it wouldn't. That didn't happen. I don't believe he did my outside, I truly dont. I seen one on my back porch that same day, called him and no response after he told me I could call him anytime. I called made an appointment Monday and it was scheduled. Five minutes before the appointment I received a call that they would not be coming. Your employees represent you and with people like him it doesn't say much for the company, but yet it comes from them. I rated it a 1 star only because I had to for this review. If not it would have a negative 5. I had also left one on my counter so, he could see what we were dealing with. He picked it up looked at it and threw it back on the counter. How trifling!”

“I called for a quote yesterday for an ant infestation in the huge yard of this rental house we live in because their a street away from us and it was a top rated company apparently. They told me it would be at least a week out before they could come out and they also quoted the highest of all the places Ive called so far. I asked why so high and was told its probably because they will treat for many more pests/ rodents. Thats nice but I told them I only have the ant issue so I wasnt trying to pay all that much more for issues I dont have.”
