“Been a customer for years now…even kept them at new locations, loved Schopen NOT this new OPC. They canceled 3 yes three times in a row now. Last time they serviced it was raining and he sprayed anyway…two minutes. It’s on my Ring and then he sat in his truck for 12 minutes. They no longer value an established customer. What a shame. I will say I’ve asked for a refund and they did say yes but said it will be a few weeks….yep I no longer trust anything this company says.”

“OPC not nearly as good as Schoepen pest was. I am on a quarterly visit schedule except they don’t tell me until the day before they are planning to show up. They should let the customer pick the date. The technicians who come now don’t check all the stations unless I lead them around to them. The last one left his empty water bottle laying in my yard.”
