We tried a nationwide pest service group and had absolutely terrible service and then Schopen fixed the issues the other company left behind. Schopen's prices were more affordable too. “The initial appointment was great. I don’t know if they intentionally send the most personable and friendly employee they have to entice new customers into signing up for service plans, but it seems that way. We were very impressed after the first visit. We even cancelled the services we had with other companies because Schopen said they could provide all of the services and do it better. However, things went downhill after this. Even though we requested to have the same person perform all of our follow up visits/services, we never saw him again. I honestly couldn’t even tell you any of the names of the people who performed the follow up services. After several visits, all of the problems that we had initially were still problems, and they’d actually gotten worse. I’ve had to do a lot of research on my own, and take care of the problems myself. I would just advise any future customers to be wary, and not to sign up for any service plans for which you pay in advance.”
