“Ever since the company was sold their service has become worse. They increased their rates by almost 50% while cutting the amount of work they do in half, and they switched to cheaper products that do a terrible job of killing bugs. They also started using an answering service that does not pass along your messages to the right people. They also do not answer emails and they are making it nearly impossible to cancel my service.”

“Another local company bites the dust. I have been so happy with Schopen services over the last several years and now we have Rollins. I’m Not pleased. I actually had to call a staffer at Schopen to learn that my pest control program had been discontinued. I am very angry. “The company was sold. The great service they offered in the past is gone. The guy that came out the last time did not spray anything even though we had purchased a package. Told me they would not be using trucks just their own personal vehicles. This isn’t your daddy’s Schopen’s. Avoid at all cost!”
