“These guys saved our butts when we suspected we had a bed bug infestation at our new rental 5 days before we were supposed to go on vacation. When we called they gave us all the information we needed about bed bugs and what to expect if they find them. They sent a technician out the next day who was extremely thorough and was able to confirm we needed to treat for bed bugs. They told us it normally takes a week or more to schedule and prep the house for treatment so I was concerned we would have to cancel our trip. At that point they referred us to Rocky Mountain Bed Bug and the transition to working with them was seamless - they already had all of our information and everything was sorted out behind the scenes without us having to lift a finger. With the two of them working together we were able to get the house treated within 3 days and be cleared for travel! Both companies were incredibly responsive and helpful with information.
