“We had an individual by the name of Garrett who just came into our home unannounced. We never called this company and never set up any appointments. They stated that the previous owners used them, even though the previous owners haven’t lived in the home for almost a year now. It scared my wife and mom. Then when the supervisor (Matt) called he essentially blamed us for having our garage door open and said that’s how they always do it. -Don’t call ahead of time -Show up without appointments -Walk into your house with small children unannounced Please avoid these guys if that’s how they are going to handle business.”
