“We had an issue with bats in a house we were purchasing last year, so we found Sifords and they came and installed the bat door, sold us on a custom vent cap for the roof, and sealed up the entry areas for the bats. Fast forward to less than 1 year later, we still have a bat problem, so not all points have been sealed up, and we have bat poop forming again in the attic. I have contacted Sifords several times VIA email, I have called, and still no reply. I paid over $1000 last year to have the bats removed and clearly, it was a waste. I now have to pay someone else to come and deal with this mess and remove the boards in the attic to see where the bats are getting in (something Sifords did not do). Tread with caution when selecting this company.”
