“We called fist. Tech-rep came, inspected, sent us report. Said I'd hear from them Monday. I didn't, and called multiple times, only getting recordings. We got mad and almost called on another company!!!! Bedbugs are NOTHING TO PLAY WITH!! What we didn't know was that the managers were all on vacation last week! and Monday was probably swamped with messages, etc. Today, Richard Z. came, and was UNDENIABLY COMPETENT, SMART, WELL EDUCATED ON BEDBUGS, instructed us, told us what to do......
