“Where do I start…. I have two properties that I pay for to be sprayed by this company. I am a first time homeowner. I went with this company because my parents have had wonderful service provided to them. It seems as though if you are a newcomer to the business you aren’t really taken care of like people that have had business with them for years. I pay more money for my townhome a smaller living space than I do a house. The billing for the two different properties has been a mess since I started with the business over two years ago. The only tech I liked was Zack and he has left the company. I have had several rude interactions with Robert the scheduler. I scheduled a service for this afternoon the tech couldn’t find the building, I was then called and asked if I lived in a different area than I do more than once. We have never had a tech not be able to find the townhome. Then when asked if she would be able to spray later this afternoon I was told no she left the area. Completely understand circumstances arise, but when you schedule a service for a certain day, take off work to be sure the inside gets sprayed as well and get told that you have to reschedule it’s pretty upsetting. Only gave two stars because we have no bugs would have been a one for the customer service exhibited. Need to figure out if I will be staying with this company or looking elsewhere.”
