“Company violates federal mandates on shipping hazardous materials. In late October 2023 they shipping Pyrid aerosol, a hazardous material, via UPS Surepost, which prohibits shipment of hazardous materials. In doing so, they were in violation of Federal mandate. They should have paid the higher rate for ground shipping. When the product arrived to me, poorly packaged and damaged, they reluctantly refunded my money for the product but refused to reimburse my shipping costs, which were 2/3 of the cost of the product since I responsibly shipped the aerosol back to them via USPS Ground. Don't use them.”
