“I ordered 20 gallons via Amazon. The product itself appears to work well and delivery was timely. However, I'm having serious issues with fulfillment and returns: I only received 19 of the 20 gallons because one box arrived damaged and was replaced with a box containing 3 gallons instead of 4. I provided photographic evidence (including the different-colored replacement box) but have not been refunded for the missing gallon. I returned 5 unused gallons at my own expense ($117 in USPS shipping costs) but the seller claims to have received only 2 and is refusing to refund the remaining bottles. I am currently trying to resolve this and hope to be made whole. While the product quality seems good, I have been very dissatisfied with the seller's customer service and handling of this issue.”

“Wish I could give it zero stars. You may indeed order one time and get what you need but you are taking a chance. The customer service is absolutely garbage. They should include shipping insurance in their pricing structure so if something happens you are protected. I learned this too late and was screwed for 250 dollars worth of product I did not receive but was changed for. The bad part is they offered Nothing but oh we’re sorry and did not even try to reach out to make it right. I should have researched and listened to the reviews of this dumpster fire business. Hopefully this review will help others.”

“That response doesn’t match up with what happened, I cancelled due to the lies, not because of recalls. Guess I should’ve googled “Zachary Colander and lawsuits” DO NOT order from this store, I’ve been reluctant to order items due to the reviews, I’ve ordered small quantities ($12) a few times to see for myself, and had issues. Decided one more time to order a larger product, ($90). Ordered on a Friday 9th at 1:42pm, tracking label created Monday 12th, no movement in the pkg, so late Tuesday I contacted Solutions and Wednesday 14th, was told USPS was slow to update tracking, Thursday 15th, still no movement with the pkg, contacted Solutions again, was told USPS didn’t pick up packages as they were supposed to, and that they picked up 50% and USPS was going to pick up the rest on the 15th. I contacted the local USPS that picks up Solutions pkgs, was told that wasn’t true what Solutions told me. Friday I got a text/email stating my order was on back order and would be sent out. So how was my pick going to be updated by USPS when it was never sent out??? So the stories I was being told were nothing but lies. I cancelled my order and will NEVER purchase from this company. Thought I’d help a local company, but got burned just as others have stated.”
