“I placed an order for three items but only received two. I contacted them within an hour of the package being delivered them to let them know that one of the items was missing. They asked me to take pictures of the box, shipping label and the contents, etc., which I did. Then later I get a message saying that from their investigation, the item that I was missing was shipped and they would not be replacing it. I actually thought it was a joke. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I had them delete my account. I’m not surprised by of all the one stars as there seems to be a pattern……”
