“Highly unprofessional service! The office called my husband to make an appointment for service with which my husband told them “please call my wife to make these appointments I am not the one there when they come to spray and I don’t like being a middle man” with which he did not make an appointment at the time. I am not home when the sprayers show up on a date and time neither Me nor my husband agreed to. The sprayer calls me and says “ Im here to spray” I state to him “I was not aware of this appointment and I’m not home” which he replies back with an attitude and says “yeah I see that I’m at your house”. So I tell him I’m gonna have to reschedule. So I call the office and a lady in the office answers I state to her that they were at my house but we never made this appointment so I don’t know how it was made and that my husband has asked the lady to call me to book an appointment. She then asks me for my phone number, which has always been on file and I stated that to her so I give her my phone number and we reschedule for the next Friday. Within minutes of being off the phone I get a message on my personal Facebook page from the Manager from her personal page, which I have attached. Highly unprofessional to reach out to a customer via your private Facebook when you have my number at the office and tell me I was ugly when I simply stated what had occurred. Then to top the whole situation off when the rescheduled appointment comes up on that Friday they didn’t show, so they also cancelled my upcoming appointment with no notification. You should not be in customer service or a manager position if you can’t leave your personal bias or issues at home. I have been having Southwestern spray my house for 3+ years never had an issue till now but will be taking my service elsewhere.”
