“Your exterminators are not competent, thorough, or detailed oriented. I wish I would’ve got the name of the exterminator that came to my apartment yesterday. He seemed disinterested in helping understand a particular bug that I’ve been seeing in my apartment. I showed him a picture and it appeared he didn’t even know what kinda of bug it was. He just flashed his flashlight around a few times and gave me a haphazard explanation of what he thinks the insect could be. He did no thorough assessment or even attempted to conduct a detailed investigation. Not only was he not thorough, but clearly you all don’t have good customer service because he even came on the wrong day. Smh!”
