“I don’t normally write reviews but in this instance I felt I should. I called this company to come out and they scheduled an appointment. The home is a short term rental and I made sure I blocked out that day and night as well as the night before. They didn’t show and they didn’t call. I called them the morning after and they told me they “forgot” to call me and reschedule. I’m sorry but that is horrible customer service. I will not use this company and I highly recommend everyone find a different one that actually cares about their clients.”
