After an initial treatment by the company only addressed the exterior, Mike listened to my concerns and returned to perform the crucial structural elimination required for my infestation. He correctly identified that the colony was sealed off in the ceiling void. He executed a detailed two-step treatment: Applied a perimeter spray of ALPINE WSG (Dinotefuran) to eliminate the foraging workers. Applied Bora Care dust in the attic and structural voids to poison the wood and kill the primary nest (the source). This aggressive, non-repellent approach is the correct method for complete colony elimination. Mike’s attention to detail, especially with the Bora Care application for long-term structural protection, gives me confidence the problem is finally resolved.
