“This place is a joke. $350 “flat rate” for inspection? any size? Whatever I saw good reviews - scheduled them to inspect a 1 bedroom apartment for bed bugs prior to move in. They call me multiple times to make sure my pets won’t be home etc, planned moving around this. They cancel 30 minutes before... Thanks for the waste of time and ensuring it’s too late to call anyone else to come out. Ugh Edit: yes I “ultimately declined the service” because it was not the service I was promised, it was a vacant & fully cleaned apartment. Extremely hard to find VISUAL evidence of bed bugs in that type of environment unless the infestation is severe. (I was very clear about the situation when I scheduled). My dog is very reactive so although I changed my work schedule I still took her to daycare - not that any of that is your fault but just like how you charge for the drive, respect that your customers invest their own time too for appointments like anybody does. I was also then told that it is their ONLY dog handler… so they offered what they could and I appreciate that, but ultimately understaffed, inconsiderate and don’t have the resources to run a reliable business right now”
